    Interface ACopyAttributesUnreviewed

    <a-copy> — the copy-to-clipboard behavior, slotted inside an activatable control (<a-button>, <a-menu-item>, native button/[role]). It owns the whole feature; the base controls carry no copy knowledge. ButtonCopy / MenuItemCopy are the presets that drop it in.

    Text copied to the clipboard when the host control is activated.

    "copy-node"?: boolean | string

    Copy a DOM node instead of a string (rich text/html + plain text). Bare copy-node copies the nearest ancestor marked [data-copy-source]; a value is a CSS selector resolved with closest() (an ancestor region). The copy control is stripped from the serialized output. Presence-based for the boolean form.

    Copy the current page URL (location.href) instead of a copy string; no copy needed. Presence-based.

    "copy-with-url"?: boolean | ""

    Prefix the copied copy string with // URL: <href>. Presence-based.

    toast?: boolean | ""

    Show a short confirmation label after a successful copy. It renders in the top layer so the host's overflow cannot clip it. Presence-based. ButtonCopy sets it when iconPlacement="none".

    Text in the success confirmation shown by toast.

    Fired after a copy attempt (copydone, detail: { ok }, non-bubbling so a nested copy control can't flip an ancestor's feedback). All-lowercase so it binds in React and Preact.

    oncopyrequest?: (e: CustomEvent) => void

    Fired before a string copy (copyrequest, non-bubbling). Set this element's copy attribute to the new text; JSX applications update their copy prop through state. Return values are ignored. Fires on pointerdown and Enter/Space keydown. All-lowercase.
